About this community

 

Pelican Point is a small mobile home & RV park located in the quaint town of Port Sulphur, just 10 miles south of the Venture Global LNG plant. The community is comprised of 6 park owned mobile homes and 2 RV sites, and offers residents easy access to the nearby towns of Buras, Empire, and Venice. 

 

Residents and their families enjoy a small, quiet, and well maintained community. The community features gravel roads and driveways, and off-site management and maintenance staff.

 

Pelican Point is a short 15 minute drive to the Venture Global LNG plant, and many of our residents work at the plant.

Our 6 mobile homes are each 2 bedroom / 1 bath "park model" units. They each have a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove/oven. Our units are unfurnished.

While we do not provide on-site laundy facilities, there are two laundromat businesses located just a few minutes down the road from Pelican Point:
